Obv: Bust with helmet and fluttering diadem, head slightly turned to the right, right hand holding spear resting on shoulder, shield with riding combat motif in left hand; legend DN ARCADIVS PF AVG around. Rev: Goddess Victoria sitting on weapons facing right, writing 'XX / XXX' on oval shield, legend NOVA SPES REI PUBLICAE around; star in the left field, mint signature CONOB below.
