Ancient Malwa, post-Mauryan uninscribed die-struck coinage of the 'Ujjain' series - copper coin of Maheshwar area, (c.200-150 BC), not listed in PAIC, 8.90g. Obv: indistinct symbol in centre (possibly a horse), a railing to the left, standing man with staff and water-pot above, six-armed symbol to right, river with turtles below. Rev: 'Ujjain' symbol with Swastikas in orbs.
