Post-Mauryan tribal monarchies, Kunindas, Amoghabhuti (50 BC-50 AD), silver drahcm, MAC4440, 2.31g. Obv: Goddess standing holding lotus, a deer to her left, Shrivatsa between horns and altar above rump; Brahmi legend Rajño Kunindasya Amoghabhutisa Maharajasya around. Rev: Composite symbol of six-arched hill, wavy line, nandipada, swastika, triangle-headed standard-Shrivatsa and tree-in-railing, Kharoshthi legend Raña Kunidaya Amoghabhutisa Maharajasa around.

Extremely fine, Very rare.

An interesting variation is seen in the obverse legend on this coin - the sixth case ending for two words is 'sya', a purer Sanskrit form. On the reverse, there is an extra Shrivatsa above Swastika, very similar to that seen on obverse between the deer's horns. This feature is unusual.
