Pallavas of Kanchi, uninscribed 'bull' type coin in alloyed copper, (300-400 AD), similar to Krishnamurthy 64-65, 2.64g. Obv: Bulla standing facing left. Rev: Bold Shrivatsa symbol within a circle.
Extremely fine, Very rare
Almost invariably, the Pallava coins depict a bull facing right. On this coin, the bull faces left which is a very unusual feature.
