Obv: king mounted on horse, holding spear, Kharoshthi letter Sa to right; Greek legend BASILEOS BASILEON (MEGALOU AZILISOU) around. Rev: city goddess standing left, holding brazier and filleted palm frond; monogram to left, Kharosthi letter Si to right, Kharoshthi legend Maharajasa Rajarajasa Mahatasa Ayilishasa around.
