Indo-Greeks, Eucratides (170-145 BC), silver attic standard Tetradrachm, BN series 6, 16.80g. Obv: Bust of king facing right, wearing diadem and a Macedonian helmet adorned with a plume, a bull's horn and ear. Rev: Castor and Pollux (the Dioskuroides), wearing conical hats and carrying lances and palm fronds, riding prancing horses facing right; Greek legend BASILEOS MEGALOU EUKRATIDOU around and a monograph beneath the horse's front legs.
