Archaic silver punch-marked coin, Tapi-Wainganga Valley region, usually attributed to 'Vidarbha/Ashmaka Janapada', ½ Karshapana, ABBC configuration, (400-350 BC), not listed in Rajgor, 1.70g. Obv: Four punches: 1x elephant facing left, 2x tripoint whorls with annulets, 1x three taurines in a dotted triangle. Rev: Traces of an undertype (2x six-petal flower clearly visible).
