Archaic silver punch-marked coin, Saurashtra region, usually attributed to 'Surashtra Janapada', 'buffalo' type, (300-250 BC), not listed in Rajgor or van't Haaff, 0.84g. Obv: Buffalo with wide horns in centre, ancillary symbols like 'Swastika, taurines and annulets around; fishes in a pond below (struck twice). Rev: Traces of an undertype.
