Archaic silver punch-marked coin, NE Madhya Pradesh/Baghelkhand region, Tons river valley, generally attributed to 'Chedi Janapada' (400-350 BC) - Karshapana standard, unpublished in major sources, 3.47g. Obv: Four punches in ABBC configuration: 1x elephant facing right, 2x eight-petal flowers and 1x crescent moon and dot. Rev: Multiple bankers' marks.
