'Ancient Vidarbha/Central Maharashtra, post-Mauryan inscribed die-struck coinage, monarchical series, copper coin of Balamitra, a local ruler, (200-150 BC), 4.96g. Obv: Lion facing right. Shrivatsa symbol above and traces of some symbols to right; traces of Brahmi legend Balamitasa above. Rev: 'Ujjain' symbol with concentric circles as orbs, taurines in quadrants.
