Ancient Saketa region - monarchical cast coinage of Ayodhya area, 'Gajalakshmi'-type coin of Vishakhadeva (c.150-100 BC), not listed in PAIC, 2.68g. Obv: Goddess Lakshmi standing frontal, lustrated by two elephants from either side; Brahmi legend Visakhadevasa above. Rev: Bold Nandyavarta in centre, tree-in-railing to right, plough standard in railing atop a Swastika to left, wavy line below; Swastika and Nandipada above.
