Ancient Central Malwa, Vidisha region - uniface copper punch-marked coin of Post-Mauryan period (c.200-150 BC), Pieper 463, 7.10g. Obv: Five punches - 1. Elephant with raised trunk walking to right, 2. Triangle-headed standard in a railing, 3. Tree-in-railing, 4. Wavy lines (river) with fishes and turtles swimming and 5. eight-petal 'lotus' symbol.
