An exceptional, original screen-used hero Yautja bio-helmet worn by Ian Whyte as the prominent "Scar" Predator in the production of the Paul W. S. Anderson directed science fiction action film 'Alien vs. Predator' (2004), where during an archaeological expedition on Bouvetoya Island in Antarctica, a team of archaeologists and other scientists find themselves caught up in a battle between the two legends. Soon, the team realize that only one species can win.
Scar wore his distinct bio-helmet as part of his heavy combat armor while partaking in the grueling millennial rite of passage—hunting Xenomorphs deep within an ancient, subterranean Antarctic pyramid. As the standout Young Blood hunter of the film, Scar is famously the only survivor of his trio to successfully achieve "Blooded" status by defeating his prey.
Designed and fabricated by the Academy Award-winning creature effects team at Amalgamated Dynamics, Inc. (ADI).
