The simple yet effective rear sight combines a fixed peep w/ a notch in its protected environment for fast target acquisition. Right side smooth cocking handle. The M1 utilizes the heavily produced 20 rd. & 30 rd. stick mag. Sling swivels front & rear. Receiver markings are as follows: (left side) “THOMPSON SUB MACHINE GUN – CALIBER 45 M1 – NO. M601A”; (Top) familiar Thompson trademark bullet logo; (Right side) “AUTO – ORDNANCE CORPORATION – WEST HURLEY, NEW YORK, U.S.A.”.
