CONDITION: matching dark black finish on receivers, exempt from any obvious wear or defects; rail system doesn"t appear to have any noticeable prior mountings; good bore w/ strong rifling; fire control mechanism appears to function correctly when cycled by hand; charging handle latch spring appears to be either missing, or bound & has to manually be returned to locked position.
