Let’s face it! Every hunter would love to hunt big game in Africa at some point in their lives. Well, here’s your opportunity. Africa Hunting Safaris in collaboration with African Wild Safaris has offered a safari for up to 4 hunters for 8 days and 9 nights. Included with the donation are the trophy fees for 1 Impala, 1 Blesbuck, 1 Duiker and 1 Zebra. Auction winner assigns who harvest what - one animal per hunter. Additional animals, including both plains game and the Big Five, can be taken; check the trophy fees on the donor’s website. The hunt must be taken in 2023 or 2024. It takes place on more than 80,000 acres of privately-owned land and closely managed hunting concessions in the Limpopo Province of South Africa. You will be treated to luxury accommodations and daily laundry services, three traditional meals a day, beverages, registered professional hunters and guides, field preparation of your trophies, Free WIFI, and pick up and drop off at Polokwane Airport or Musina airstrip. Not included in the donation are air travel to and from the hunt, any extra air travel during the hunt, licenses and permits, trophy fees for extra animals taken or wounded, hiring of rifles and ammunition, and preparation, packaging, documentation, and shipping of trophies from South Africa. In addition to hunting, we also offer trips to the Kruger National Park- Africa’s most visited park; Freshwater Fishing; Horse Riding; Mapungubwe Nat. Park & World Heritage site, Photography, Game flights and Spa Treatments.

Liability: Arizona Bighorn Association has exercised reasonable care in the selection of auction items and raffles; however, it accepts no liability for the use or misuse and makes no warranty as to their suitability, safety, or function, either expressed or implied.
Return Policy: All sales are final. NO exchanges or refunds on any item! Every effort has been made to ensure the quality of items; however, we cannot guarantee the satisfaction of the donor or the buyer.
Hunt Donations: In reference to hunting donations, some specific dates are set by the donors; it is the purchaser's responsibility to contact the donor within 30 days and make all the necessary arrangements regarding dates and application for any required paperwork for licenses and permits. It is at the discretion of the outfitter whether or not to honour the purchase if no contact has been made within the 30-day limit. Additionally, the outfitter is under no obligation to facilitate a hunt outside of the timeframe indicated in the hunt description. Please do not purchase the hunt if you can not utilize the hunt within the time frame indicated in the hunt description!

Live Auction
The auctioneer will facilitate bidding on live auction items, through both bids on the floor, and bids via this online hunting auction website. In case of a disputed bid, the bid may be re-opened at the discretion of the auctioneer whose decision is final. The Association reserves the right of refusal on any item.
The donor or outfitter is notified of the winning bidder by the association. All online winning bidders will have the credit card processed immediately following the sale of the item and will receive an invoice regarding their purchase within 15 days of the close of the auction by email from the Online Hunting Auction Website. It is the purchaser's responsibility to contact the donor within 30 days and make all the necessary arrangements.
