(Disneyland, 2007) A Mini-Mole lamp produced by Mole-Richardson and used to create visual effects within The Haunted Mansion at Disneyland. The type 2801, 120-volt, 200-watt light features a 3" Fresnel lens of Pyrex glass with cast aluminum yoke that fits standard 16" fixtures. Mini-Moles like this were used in many dark rides and attractions at Disneyland, and this lamp was part of a hidden apparatus providing full-figure illumination to the Grand Hall Mantle Ghost of The Haunted Mansion. The piece is accompanied by a laminated tag. Measuring 9.75"x5.5" and 6" deep, the light is in very good park-used condition with some scuffing, scratches, surface wear, and minor paint chipping to the finish. The power cord was sliced through for removal from The Haunted Mansion, preventing any tests of functionality.
