Mangwa Hunting Safaris a well organized safari company, based in Limpopo Province of South Africa. We offer unique and memorable African Hunting Safaris in South Africa and Zimbabwe and surrounds.
Jacques Brits is registered with various Provincial Nature Conservation Authorities such as PHASA and SA Sport and Hunting Federation. As a Professional Hunter himself, Jacques has been guiding safaris SINCE 2012 and has hunted and has hunted successfully, not only in South Africa, but also in the neighboring states, including Botswana and Zimbabwe.

Unless otherwise noted, shipping of all items (jewelry, furs, art, etc.) will be at winner's cost. TFT assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No hard item merchandise will be shipped to buyers until TFT bank confirms full payment has been received.
Payment Details:
Winner’s credit card on file will be charged the full amount for each successful bid (plus buyer's premium & 3% cc fee). Winner will receive a paid invoice at the completion of the auction. All sales are final. NO RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED. No payments will, under any circumstance, be accepted from any third party not being a successful qualified bidder. Bidder names and addresses to which the merchandise must be delivered may not be changed after the sale.

The following provisions will apply to bidders participating in Turkeys for Tomorrow (TFT) Online Auctions:
1) Winner’s credit card on file will be charged the full amount for each successful bid (plus buyer's premium as detailed below).
2) In the event the card is declined, TFT will make one attempt to contact the winner to obtain a new form of payment. If the bidder cannot be reached, TFT may, in its sole and absolute discretion, re-sell the related item. Online bidders are encouraged to remain available via cell phone during the bidding process.
3) Online winners will be assessed a Buyer's Premium of 5% or $250 (whichever is less) on the total winning bid amount for each online purchase. The Buyer’s Premium will be included in the total charged for each item.
4) All winners will also be assessed a 3% credit card fee on the sale of each lot purchased. Fee will not apply to any pre-approved check or cash purchases.
5) Online bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
6) TFT reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
7) If bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction, the bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased.
8) TFT reserves the right to terminate bidder registration and use of the online auction and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.
9) DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY FOR TURKEYS FOR TOMORROW (TFT). All GOODS in live and silent auctions have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The winning bidder acknowledges that the GOODS have not been inspected by TFT and is advised to secure a competent inspection and test of the GOODS before use. GOODS are sold “AS IS” with all faults and defects and without any expressed or implied warranty on the part of TFT and make no warranties of fitness or merchantability and expressly disclaim the same. TFT does not accept any responsibility or liability for any product, design or use. Any written warranties with respect to the GOODS delivered to the purchaser are those solely of the manufacturer or their agents and shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the manufacturer. All firearms obtained for this event will be transferred in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. All SERVICES (hunts or otherwise intangible items) in auctions have been acquired from and are to be furnished by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “GOODS” above. No SERVICES are to be or will be performed by TFT or and neither entity shall bear any responsibility for the delivery or quality of the SERVICES or for any loss or damages arising from or related to or connected with the performance or nonperformance of such SERVICES. The winning bidder further acknowledges that, in the event SERVICES are purchased, TFT cannot be responsible or liable for any political unrest, pandemic or instability that may occur inside or outside the confines of the United States, nor can TFT be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise therefrom. The winning bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any or all circumstances, and that should legal action be required to collect payment, TFT shall be entitled to all reasonable attorney’s fees, cost of court and interest as provided by law.
10) Bidders acknowledge that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. TFT will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on TFT`s or bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. TFT does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
11) TFT may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding, and re-sell any goods affected by any malfunction.
12) CHARITABLE DEDUCTION QUALIFICATIONS: Turkeys for Tomorrow (TFT) is a qualified charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. 13) AUCTION CREDIT POLICY FOR TFT. Disputes regarding auction items purchased during the TFT auctions, or at any other time, shall be submitted to the TFT Board in writing and shall detail the basis for the dispute and the grounds supporting a refund. The TFT Board may, in its sole and absolute discretion, approve an auction credit for the amount paid, deny relief, or, in extraordinary circumstances, approve a refund of the amount paid. Without limitation, credits or refunds will not be given if the auction winner is unable to utilize the purchased item in the time described in the auction description due to illness, work conflicts, personal or family conflicts or death(s), travel delays, or cancellations or any other similar matters affecting the auction buyer that are outside of the control of TFT. TFT auction credit policy will not apply to any auction item for which the Donor and Buyer alter or vary the terms set forth for the item in the auction catalog or any other description of the auction item prepared and/or disseminated by TFT. If a refund or credit is approved by the TFT Board for any auction item the proceeds of which are to be paid to or split with any third-party beneficiary, the refund or credit will not exceed the net amount allocable to TFT for such item. All credit or refund decisions are within the sole discretion of the Board of TFT and all Board decisions are final.
14) STATE AND/OR LOCAL SALES AND/OR USE TAX: The final sale price of all tangible items, destinations, trips, and vacations include any applicable sales tax, which will be withheld from the proceeds and remitted by TFT on behalf of the purchaser. Sales tax is calculated according to state and local tax regulations. Because the sales price already includes such tax, no sales tax may be noted at check out.
