6-Day Musk Ox hunt. Hunt will be conducted on the main-land and two remote islands in the Northwest Territories. Success rate is near 100% on mature bulls. Inuit guides will take the successful bidder of this auction by snowmobile and Qamutik sleds out on the land for an epic hunting experience. The camps are basic heated wood cabins and spike camps are insulated heated wall tents. The hunt is 1 on 1 with Inuit guide and an assistant guide. The hunting will be done by traveling by snowmobile looking for small groups of Musk Ox. Once heard is located, the final stock is done on foot. Past hunting clients have taken several record book bulls each year with rifle and archery equipment.
Spring and Fall hunt dates are available and to be scheduled with the outfitter. If a spring hunt is selected it will be scheduled on available dates late March to the end of April 2025. If fall hunt is selected it will be scheduled on available dates in August and September 2024. Fall hunt is ideal for a hunter who does not want the extreme cold weather. Travel on fall hunts are by ATV and Boats.
Wolf may be added to both fall and spring hunts for $2,500.00. A second Musk Ox can be added on both spring and fall hunts for an additional $9,000.00 and tags must be arranged prior to the hunt. Additional hunters are welcome at $11,500.00 each and non-hunters are welcome for $3,500.00 each. Hunter may choose rifle, muzzleloader or archery. The hunt arrival and departure point will be village in NWT where hunt will be conducted with final location details arranged with outfitter.
Not included with donation: 5% GST for hunt. NWT hunting license and tags fees. NWT government trophy fees. Gratuities. Transportation to NWT Canada. Hotels and meals before and after the hunt. Trophy preparation, creating and shipping. Canadian firearm permit.
All sales are final and hunt may not be re-sold. It is the buyer's responsibility to check international travel requirements.

All sales are final. No returns will be accepted. Winning bidder authorizes Idaho Wild Sheep Foundation (IDWSF) to charge their credit card for the full amount of the winning bid upon close of the auction. Payments will not be accepted from any third parties outside of a successful qualified bidder nor may the responsibility for any transaction be transferred to a third party. Bidders paying with a credit card will be charged a 3% administration fee. A buyer’s premium of 5% will be added to the final bid price of each item sold online.
Auction Shipping Information
Shipping arrangements and payments are the responsibility of the winning bidder. IDWSF assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No merchandise items will be shipped until IDWSF receives confirmation of full payment. Merchandise will be shipped within thirty (30) days after auction closes and payment confirmation is verified.

Live Auction Rules
Auctioneer and staff will decide any disputes regarding the bids during the live auction.
Donors are not allowed to bid on their own donations nor have any agent bid on their behalf. If the Auctioneer recognizes such bidding or is advised of the same he may withdraw any or all items donated by the offender.
Some of the items on the donated hunts may not be included unless specified:
A. Travel expenses to and from destination
B. Hotel and meals before and after the hunt and/or trip
C. Licenses, tags or permits.
D. Trophy dipping, packaging and shipping.
E. Alcoholic Beverages
F. Gratuities
Most hunts, unless otherwise noted, are for the upcoming season. All trips, unless otherwise noted, expire January 31. Special arrangements other than as set forth on the auction list are expressly between the donor and yourself.
Some non-hunt donations will require delivery at your expense. Any firearms that may be included in the auction are subject to all state and federal laws. Transactions for these items will be handled by an approved FFL provider. The FFL provider information will be sent to the winning bidder for completion of transfer.
Payment for auction items may be deductible as business expenses but are not deductible as charitable donations for Federal Income Tax purposes. Please consult your tax advisor and the IRS for more information.

Goods:
All goods in the live auction, silent auction and raffles have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The high bidder acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by IDWSF and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, ammunition, or other items, to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. The goods in the live auction are sold “as is” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of IDWSF. IDWSF makes no warranties of fitness or merchantability, and expressly disclaims the same. IDWSF does not accept any responsibility or liability for any design or use. Any written warranties with respect to the goods delivered to the purchaser are those solely of the manufacturer or their agents, and shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the manufacturer. All firearms obtained for this event will be transferred in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and adhere to any pertaining FFL regulations.
Services:
All services, hunts or otherwise, in the live auction, silent auction and raffles have been acquired from and are supplied by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “GOODS” above. No services in the live auction are to be or will be performed by IDWSF. IDWSF shall bear no responsibility for the delivery or quality of any of the services or for any loss or damage arising from or related to or connected with the performance or nonperformance of such services. The high bidder further acknowledges that in the event services are purchased, IDWSF cannot be responsible or liable for any political unrest or instability that may occur outside the confines of the United States, nor can IDWSF be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from. The high bidder further acknowledges that his purchase is final and nonrefundable under any and all circumstances, and that should legal action be required to collect for these services acquired by the high bidder at the auction, IDWSF shall be entitled to all reasonable attorney’s fees, costs of court, and interest as provided by law.
IDWSF is not responsible for any delays or difficulties in bidding related to internet connectivity, server or any hardware or internet related issues.
A 5% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid price of each item sold online.
