1) MARLIN BALLARD SINGLE SHOT. Cal. 22 RF. S# 21150. Bbl. 24” oct. w/ dovetail blade front sight & v notch rear sight. Left side of receiver marked “MARLIN FIRE ARMS CO. NEW HAVEN CT. U.S.A.”. Made w/ trough on top for sighting plane. Straight grip walnut stock set w/ crescent buttplate. CONDITION: stock set has been lightly refinished w/ wear, staining, scratches & handling marks. Buttstock has chips around bottom right edge. 2” Crack behind receiver on top. Forend has sm. crack on left side at tip. Missing chip on left rear. Buttstock is notably loose. Metal is overall gray & patina w/ oxidation, pitting, sm. dents & scratches. Lever has notable droop in closed position. Dark pitted heavily worn bore. (01-17645/RW). 2) COLT SMALL FRAME LIGHTNING SLIDE ACTION. Cal. 22 RF. S# 75000. Bbl. 24” tapered oct. Bbl. marked on top “COLT’S PT. F.A. MFG. CO. HARTFORD CT U.S.A.” w/ patent dates. Marked on top left flat “22 Cal.”. Fixed sporting open sights. Brass loading gate. Drilled for tang sight. Walnut buttstock & slide handle w/ checkered hard rubber buttplate having Colt logo. CONDITION: buttstock has worn stained thin original finish w/ scattered dents & handling marks throughout. Slide handle has worn appearance w/ only checkering borderlines remaining. Metal turning gray w/ areas of original bluing having oxidation & scattered fine pitting throughout. Brass loading block has notable dents on left side. Poor worn dark oxidized bore. (01-17658/RW).
