BOTH: cal. 31. NSN. Bbls. 3 1/2" w/ cone type front sights. 5 Shot rnd. cyls. Smooth Gutta Percha grips. 1) Issue 2 or Issue 3 style w/ brass trigger guard, top strap is marked "REMINGTON'S / ILION, N.Y.". CONDITION: 70% dull fading blue showing light handling marks & spots of corrosion. Grips show moderate wear. Bore has slightly frosted appearance retaining intact rifling. (01-16860/DS). 2) Issue 5. Blued finish w/ frame mounted rnd. pawl. Top strap is marked "Manufactured by / Remington's / Ilion N.Y.". CONDITION: 60% fading blue showing spots of light pitting & corrosion. Grips show moderate wear. Bore is generally bright showing sound rifling w/ sm. spots of pitting. (01-16868/DS). BOTH ANTIQUE. $700-1,000.
