BOTH: bbl. 5 1/2" w/ blade front sight & frame notched rear. Squared cyl. latches & lanyard swivels on butts. Smooth oiled walnut grips. Based on New Service Models. 1) Cal. 455 Eley. S# 275651. Cyl. w/ British proofs in each flute. Butt numbered 126071, crane #322546 & US markings on bottom of bbl. CONDITION: poor to good general condition w/ multiple issues. Replacement cyl., crane & sideplate w/ good military finish. Bbl. not turned in enough to index plus sight bent to somewhat correct. Frame notch filed to V. Sides of hammer & trigger cleaned to bright. No finish & cleaned pitting on distorted frame showing raised bump in top strap. Fair right grip, poor left w/ lg. chip at bottom rear; both heavily marked. Mechanically functions w/ slight 'hitch'. Fair worn & pitted bore. (20-799/NW). 2) Cal. 45 ACP. S# 197000. "A A" stamped on left side of frame by front of trigger guard for Augusta Arsenal rework. Replacement crane numbered 191653, butt 45583 & 49 on cyl. latch. Proper US markings including JMG as inspector. Replacement sideplate. CONDITION: fair to good appearance w/ different finish on replacements; all appears original; especially sharp butt markings. All surfaces appear cleaned of oxidation w/ light pitting remaining. Fair grips w/ numerous marks plus right having chip at bottom front & break on back from over tightened screw bushing. Firing pin bushing w/ elongated hole. Fair worn bore w/ even cleaned pitting. Good mechanical functioning & timing. (20-800/NW). BOTH CURIO. $600-800.
