1) 1877 LIGHTNING. Cal. 38 Colt. S# 34288. Bbl. 3 1/2" w/ Hartford address & etched panel caliber marking. German silver blade front sight. 6 Shot long fluted cyl. Blue finish w/ case colored frame. 2 Piece checkered hard rubber bird's head grips. CONDITION: blue parts have largely faded to gray showing scattered light pitting. Etched cal. marking is clearly visible. Frame retains 30% light & fading case colors showing scattered light pitting. Grips show moderate checkering wear. Bore has lightly worn rifling showing scattered light pitting. Action cycles properly. (01-17609/DS). 2) 1877 THUNDERER. Cal. 41 Colt. S# 59377. Bbl. 4 1/2" rnd. w/ Hartford address & integral semi circular front sight. 6 Shot long fluted cyl. Nickel finish. 2 Piece checkered hard rubber bird's head grips. CONDITION: 60 % dull nickel finish showing spots of wear & flaking w/ areas of light pitting & dents. Grips show heavy wear. Action has stiff operation. Dark bore has worn rifling & light pitting.
