Alaska Outfitters Unlimited Arctic Dall’s sheep operation is located within America’s largest Wildlife Refuge Wilderness area in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge (ANWR). AOU’s ANWR Wilderness “Exclusive Concession”
is two million acres located right in the heart of the best Brooks Range Dall’s
sheep habitat. These areas are dominated by tall mountains cut deeply by rivers
and streams flowing to the Arctic Ocean. This is truly a last of the frontier
Alaskan adventure! AOU’s Wrangell Mountains operation is one of only two
outfits operating in the South Wrangell’s, home to the largest Dall’s sheep in
the World. The exclusive concession is located within Wrangell-St. Elias
National Park and Preserve. This concession also provides what may be the best
opportunity for a mixed bag hunt anywhere in Alaska. Sheep, moose, goats, brown
bears, and black bears all live in healthy densities within this concession.
Donated on behalf of the Alaska Wild Sheep Foundation and Alaska Professional Hunters Association.
The Alaska Outfitters Unlimited Family is committed to leaving a legacy of conservation through sustainable hunting, responsible use of our lands and water, and dedicated service to our guests, hunting traditions, and
conservation-based organizations. We value all wildlife and admire the hunter,
