Obv: Bull walking to right, sacrificial standard (Yupa) in front; Brahmi legend Yodheyanam (clockwise) below and Bahudhañake (anticlockwise) above. Rev: Indistinct.

The legend on this coin is inscribed in a manner opposite to what is usually seen on 'Bahudhanyaka' coins (Yodheyanam above and Bahudhañake below).
